The quality of food that this place prepares is disgusting, why aren't they interested in returning customers?

They have lowered the quality of their ingredients now every food I order from this is disappointingly disgusting. I highly do not recommend going here.

I have been purchasing a harvest salad from here for several years, the last time I went they switched to a subpar quality chicken which literally tastes like dog food and makes me sick. I am very disappointed by this decision. They have lost a returning customer.

My husband and myself are still traumatize by the insults and disrespect by Wegman Hanover NJ cashier Cheryn and Wegman male customer on 5/31/23. Cheryn had already checked out the customer in front of us for a while but she was still with him on his phone and did not recognize that we have been waiting. We waited for about 5 minutes before my husband said to them that we have been waiting. The male white customer replied nastily that we didn’t have patience and can’t even wait for two minutes and added we were terrible people. He continued by questioning my husband if he was Cuban. I responded to him that was none of his business. He looked at me in disgust and said I was very ugly for at least three times and continued saying we were terrible people. My husband is 75 year old Hispanic and I’m 72 year old Asian but Cheryn and the male customer are both White. Cheryn did not stop the customer but instead she to told me that was enough. We felt so humiliated. When we were paying I told Cheryn that she should at least acknowledged us that we have been waiting. Instead of apologizing she dismissed us and said she didn’t want the customer next to us to wait so she just want us out of there. I don’t think I will go back to Wegman to shop again.

Bought a birthday cake today..vanilla cake with buttercream frosting it was horrible! no one could eat it..it had the consistency of playdo..first cake I ever bought there and for sure the last..😩
Mushroom truffle pizza!! Another great reason to love Wegmans (as if we needed another one) I just discovered this Mushroom Truffle Pizza and it is amazing!! Grab a pie and have a picnic!!

Excellent thin crust pizza baked at high heat. Lots of toppings available. Get some iced tea and eat it there.

Wegmans really promotes their brand. It’s a new clean store. And they have it all. Their brands are very good. Everyone says that the prepared food is all that and them some. I don’t. I think they are pricey. And I also think that i would rather eat at a restaurant for a few bucks more than to reheat some food in the microwave.. that’s my opinion. Lines move quickly.. they sell alcohol as well.
