I came here with my mom and siblings hoping for MY first good experience but instead was met with a nasty attitude from a nasty girl. My mother first asked the girl if we could have a sample for the “italian ice rainbow” already the girl had an attitude but I choose not to say anything because it’s a small thing, whatever. The girl continued with the attitude but when MY mother asked for an “esquites”. The little girl had asked first in english how my mother would like it, which my mother asked “what do you mean” because my mother was a little confused to which the little girl repeated it in Spanish except this time she used her hands RUDELY and raised her voice slightly at MY MOTHER. My mother choose not to say anything because it’s little girl but not me because if you wanna disrespect my mother in front of me I’m not gonna stand there and not say anything, so that girl was lucky I spoke to her SOMEWHAT nicely because I could’ve been A LOT meaner. This isn’t the first time either, my parents came once before expect that time it was some OLD MAN which you would think would have a better attitude because he’s older but no. This whole business need ls to either hire people with a good attitude or just close and don’t waste your time to sell if you’re gonna rude to customers.
P.S. Whoever the parents are of this little girl do your job and teach her some manners!

1st time there. Gentleman was very polite. Great customer service. He patiently explained to me the different ingredients in his drinks. He had many options to choose from. I ordered a chamango alocate and loved it. Will definitely be returning.
