Paladar is a fantastic place if you're looking for authentic Ecuadorian food. I ordered the encebollado, and it had a rich, comforting broth with plenty of fresh tuna and yuca. My friend chose the seco de pollo, which was tender and full of flavor. The portions were generous, the service was warm and attentive, and the whole meal felt homemade. I'll definitely be returning to try more dishes.
The food here is amazing and the price is decent. My favorite is the soup and the fried fish. There is not much parking outside because it’s on the avenue. There is space to eat inside for a small group of 4. The service in taking orders could be better, sometimes the server takes long to get the food out to customers even if you called ahead of time.
Great attention, neat place, excellent food. You won't regret it, don't forget to leave your tip to the waitresses, as this is not included, and it helps the staff a lot because they deserve it.
