Pizza Time Happy Time is a neighborhood joint with no-frills service and tasty food. Customers can enjoy a variety of dishes, including a grilled chicken salad and a Mexican pizza. While some have had issues with delivery and service quality, others appreciate the affordable prices despite the portion size. The restaurant may need to work on improving the quality of their cheese to enhance the overall dining experience.
