I tried this food truck while they participated in the American Dream Food Festival. The birria tacos were nothing special, at all. I should have known they were mediocre when they offered a deal for 2 tacos for $16 or 4 tacos for $20. If a place is practically trying to give tacos away, it is an obvious red flag.

My company hired them for a Cinco de Mayo event this year. Their food was amazing. We had tacos, with all the toppings, grilled corn, chips, salsa, and Agua Frescas. Everyone raved about their food, which says a lot because our company is in the food science industry. They were very accommodating with scheduling on short notice for a group of about 40 people. Many of us would hire them again for personal events. Thank you so much, Steve. Your food is absolutely amazing!
