The food was easily the best Arab food I’ve had. Ever. The owners were super nice and actually invited us to sit instead of take out, and we got complimentary toum (also best toum I’ve ever had), peppers, pickles, and some sort of Arab bread. The bread was nice and crackly and there was a LOT of it. The toum, unlike other Arab places with toum, was actually light and had that whipped texture that is desired. The garlic flavor was on point and not too overpowering....
This is the best shawarma in New Jersey! My cousin and I got the viral crispy chicken shawarma combo and it did not disappoint. The outside is crispy and flavorful, the chicken is tender and the toum + pomegranate molasses combo makes everything so good. It could use a little more vegetables but that's my personal preference. We got a whole shawarma for free and they gave us a free platter of olives and banana peppers :) They also have free hot tea in the front for everyone...
Life changing shawarma, service is also 15/10. Fries with the pomegranate molasses is so amazing. Place couldn’t be better, I highly recommend and is now my new go to in Paterson
