I ordered 10 piece chicken only. They Sent me 6 legs two thighs a breast and a wing.Spending close to 40.00 dollars on this when I went to call they picks the phone up and keep you on hold listening to the background. Poor service and I will never order from here again!!

Today I had a horrible customer experience with Subahan I understand he is young but a piece of advice no matter the personal situation you must always have respect for the customer, out of respect I will not speak on the experience in detail. But instead I will choose to highlight the positive way the experience ended.The manager Ali was indeed very professional, assertive and swift at defusing the situation before it could escalate not only did he diffuse the matter he was even polite when I came back. (Sorry I will not share details as to why I came back that matter is professionally private out of respect for the staff and team that work here)Thank you Ali for your Swift and assertive professionalism
