An absolute must-visit food truck in Paterson! The quality here is amazing, and everything is made fresh. They do it all—from perfectly crispy fried foods and flavorful pinchos to incredible sandwiches. If you’re looking for a great spot to eat, I highly recommend checking them out!
The experience at this place was great .
Customer service was exceptional, food was amazing ...but what I mostly love was the masita de cerdo you have to try it you will not regret it . We also order chimes de pollo they were great (toasted bread as most like). The yardage de pollo was amazing too...great food .

I finally made it to Cocina Papa Andres after seeing all the hype on social media and it absolutely lived up to it. I ordered the chimi de carne de res, and it instantly took me back to the Dominican Republic.
The sauce was spot on, the meat was juicy and full of flavor (not dry at all), and the bread had that perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They also nailed the balance with the cabbage.
