The store manager “Ahmed”, was very rude to me and my mother during our visit. First he said that it was one person per coupon which me and my mother were paying separately. We tried using a coupon for their store that had THEIR address on it, and they declined it saying it was “expired”. The date of expiration wasn’t until next year 2024, so he was lying and just didn’t wanna take it. Every time we come he is always nasty. Needs to get fired immediately.

We were there today and we were subjected to racism. A staff member of Spanish origin made it difficult for us and prevented us from ordering. He was a male staff member and he was 26 years old.

They close down their espresso machine at 6pm? My fiancé goes in the other day and they tell him they’re cleaning it so he’s like ok I’ll wait but quickly tells him that once it’s cleaned it’s closed for the rest of that day. It was 6pm.
My first few trips in I was greeted by what appeared to be an all male staff they took my order nicely, made it and delivered awesomely however my last two trips not so great the all male staff was now all female my 4yr olds drink was incorrect and when I told them the young lady said she would remake it correctly but she did not so I paid nearly 5 dollars for a cup of ice water with a red tint to it the next visit were mixed only ordered a doughnut still waited an excessive time for the product and my change seems maybe they were training that day so I'll give them that possibly but those two encounters alone make me just wanna wait and travel to Rochelle park instead
