I don't usually do reviews but today I have to. For context I'm type 1 diabetic so sometimes I need to go to the bathroom for personal and medical reasons. Today was I denied bathroom usage. They claim out of service. Sign been up for weeks if not months. I was denied and ignored afterwards. Most crew know me and usually are amazing and work hard. That ia not the problem the problem is some people a young girl and young guy sort of grumpy at times kinda on the phone...

On weekdays is not a problem. One of the workers knows me and she always makes everything fresh for me. I always get the plain bagel with cream cheese and medium
Coffee. Whoever works on Saturday and Sunday in the morning is lazy. She always tell
Me bagels are never ready or they’re still in the oven. She’s very slow. That’s why I don’t like going there on weekends
