A few days ago, while waiting for roadside assistance because of a flat tire, I stopped at El Rey Latin Food where I was served by a very kind and attentive waitress. She listened patiently to my situation and went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the customer service Karen provided was 10/10. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Karen, for your excellent service!

Place was clean and service was quick. The 2x 1 deal was a steal. The lemonade with coconut was delicious and fresh. The garlic aioli sauce was a bit addicting with the French fries. Would recommend if you’re from the area and want a quick bite that is affordable.

I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant and have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The food is excellent, especially their burgers and meat empanadas and chili, which are delicious. However, today, around 4 p.m., my experience was different. The person in charge did not show professionalism or charisma, both when answering the phone and in person. Their attitude was not the friendliest, something very different from the service I am used to here. I think...
