I came here today and got arroz blanco, pollo guisado & habichuelas rojo. To start, we waited in line for at least 20 minutes and the service was pretty slow given that every tray of hot food was practically full. They have a lot of options, food & drink wise. The place looks clean. The workers have their masks on but not even covering their face so there is no point of having them on. My maduro Fritos were not even maduro, they were hard and didn’t taste sweet. I didn’t like them. Everything else was good. They had enough staff to be running faster so that wait was unnecessary. I would come back and probably just place an order before I got there.

I haven’t been there for almost 6 years. I used to get roasted chicken, black beans, white rice and sweet plantains which were so tasty. However this time I wanted to try something different like the sancocho which I got disappointed. First the long wait to get food served and then all I got was a cold soup with no flavor.

The service at a complete 0 wow I'm just in disbelief in how the 2 ladies (1 with a mustache and the other withs low bun and barret in her hair) .. just RUDE AND NO REASON FOR IT. The lady with the mustache was helping us.. ok, she walked away so I asked the bun lady.. does it come with salad the lunch I ordered? She says are all 3 of you together? I said yes (3rd person was still looking) ok well let me help her first then ask the girl who was helping you.. like what? You couldn't say yes or no to my question as STAFF. THEN WHEN THEY CNT HEAR YOU.. THEY EYES POPPING OUT THEY HEADS IF ITS A PROBLEM THEY HAD TO REPEAT THEMSELVES. I never felt like someone disrespected me with their eyes before. Especially to an older woman !!!!!! The nerve. Then the chicken was burnt and we asked .. how come ? And she didnt even have a solution just looked at us. Like idk ? What ?? .. it was a problem to even stand in the middle on the waiting area as we thought of our next item to purchase .. it was loke a problem to ask ANY QUESTIONS. they looked tired and UPSET WE CAME IN FOR SERVICES. SMH DO BETTER. TREAT PPL BETTER!
Got my food though DoorDash. Food was amazing! The portions are generous and they gave me guasacaca with my chicken! Great experience :) thank you
