Since its National Pizza Day 2024 friends Adam Ginnotti, Dave Cavaliere, and I headed to Paterson to one of those bucket list, iconic pizza places, that I always say you have to visit before they're gone. Taormina Pizzeria & Restaurant was established in 1981, and is still owned and operated by the same family, who emigrated here from Italy. Love the chicken dinner special with penne, broccoli. And spinach. The salad is always fresh. The beef Pattie's with cheese are mouth watering. And the pizza is as classic as it comes !! Much love to the owner of Taorminas who always smiles, says hello, and is warm and welcoming

Solid spot, 2 slices, 2 garlic knots sauce and bottle of water for 8.25. Pizza is a little thick, but a nice crust and def not heavy. Sauce was the star which you don't see very often. But the sauce on the pizza and with the garlic knots was really good. Cheese wasn't over whole slice, or else I might have enjoyed this more.
