Let me tell you about Guernsey ice cream or how we used to call them. The barbudos.. the bearded. The gem of paterson best home crafted ice cream,I use to go there when I wass little and keep goi g now with my childrens. I do recommend 100% its not other place better than that store.
The ice cream itself was very fresh and tasted great, you can tell they use quality ingredients. Unfortunately, I found a piece of facial hair in my ice cream, which completely ruined the experience. I understand accidents happen, but hygiene is extremely important in food service. I hope the staff takes extra precautions moving forward because the product itself is genuinely good.
I’m the manager of a small restaurant, and we order our ice cream and desserts from Guernsey Crest. They are seriously the best! The product is always fresh, the quality is consistent. And of course, all the flavors are delicious and creamy!
