Almost missed it... Our original plan was to dine at Al basha. After waiting over an hr for a table we decided to cross right to this Gem!!! We were welcomed very warmly seated right away, we were a party of 7. Let me get into the food!! we started with the Mezze sampler, cheese turnovers, Kibbeh, and the Greek salad. Our entrees were all different Kebab combos. When I tell you this food was made with love. Everything was well seasoned and either fried or grilled to perfection....
Living in Bloomfield which is much closer to Montclair, we sometimes decide to head up to Paterson/Clifton to get Turkish or Lebanese or Palestinian food. In this case it is Amenian. We love this place! They grill meat like no one else. This Saturday we had a fennel-based salad that was just so delicious. I think we're shooting for about 10 times here in the last few years.
