Patsy’s has an authentic rustic Italian feel. The Resturant sits in Paterson with street parking and some behind. We went after a long day of thrifting. I recommend you get a reservation. When we arrived at opening and we did not have a reservation. The place was empty and they asked if we had a reservation even though the place was empty. I think they are used to not having walk ins on the weekend. As a rule always have a table or two for walk in’s. The service was fine and we ordered a half plain half pepp pie. We also ordered mozzarella sticks. The sticks were ok and the pizza was a 7/10. It’s a bar pie with high crust. Not foldable and saucy. The pie was a little more well done than I like it. It’s a staple spot so it’s worth stop but in my opinion it’s just good. I maybe had way too high expectations and maybe if I went an hour or two later the ovens would have been hotter.
Love the pizza and old school atmosphere

Don't expect anything fancy in here but maintains old school look and serves thin crust pizza and other Italian favorites. Call to make a reservation in advance. Street parking and cash only.

Stopped here on a Friday at opening (11 am) to try the pizza and it was amazing. If you like thin crust pizza that isn’t greasy and has a crisp crust, this is the place! Will definitely return here!

Recommended dishes: Half Pepperoni Pizza
Dietary restrictions: I was there with family, it wasn't my choice for dinner. There are very few options for someone who is gluten and dairy free.
Parking: Street parking.
Kid-friendliness: No
Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe, the place is small and it was packed. Difficult to navigate.

First time there because I heard a lot about this place. It did not disappoint. Thin crust pizza was off the hook. Also the broccoli rabe was the best I ever had. The mussels were also exceptional. Would definitely go back. Go early and make a reservation. Parking can be tough if you don't go early.

Absolutely LOVE Patsy’s best pie east of the Mississippi. I am fortunate that when I travel to TEB, I always stop and grab a pie.
