YouTube Icon Sambucha Investigated this Wendy's, and it's probably not the store itself at fault for the towing people report. Until recently there weren't signs indicating Wendy's parking only, which may have misled visitors to other businesses in the lot. He also said the spicy nuggets were fire.

It's 50/50 that food will be fresh or all dried out from sitting around beyond the shelf life. Fries consistently are dried out from overcooking and flavorless like cardboard. On rare occasion they're light n fluffy n tasty.

I've been coming to this specific WENDY'S for some time now. I come because the staff is very polite & attentive when you are placing your order. Food always tastes fresh and the most important thing, the French Fries Always taste fresh and always hot.
