“My family & I went to Habit this weekend. We originally had reservations at a local restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told their computer system was down & there would be extensive delays in ordering if we could even order at all. We were in a time crunch, so we left & went to HB. Their kiosk & mobile app were down so I could not order the family bundle as planned. Renatta was amazing and so accommodating, helping us place our family's order. She was so sweet and apologetic about their system's issues to place our order. She said she wanted to do anything she could to make my daughter's birthday special & help us be on our way due to the time crunch with all the time we lost changing plans. The food was delicious as always & my daughter was given a vanilla milkshake (her fav) to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to give a shout out to Renatta because she went above and beyond making sure our meal was to our liking and by providing excellent customer service.
