The consistency of this place is trash . They don't listen when you make your order . Then you have to sit there and repeat it 2 or 3 times and then they still don't even make it right anyway . I've tried this place several times and literally will not be ordering coffee from here again.

I don't understand why they don't open their doors in the morning. I understood when COVID was rampant but what's the excuse now? The lines go all the way to the street. Is always a mission during the morning. The daytime manager is a younger looking guy, who just stands around talking to the employees. He really needs to do better.
