“This is one of my favorite dunkins and I'm sad I live so far from them, But look forward to stopping anytime I am heading to the beach. My drink is always fresh. Today was the first time my drink wasn't made correctly. They accidentally switched out the new flavor, peanut butter for butter pecan on my order. Usually I wouldn't mind but I really wanted to try the new flavor. I went back in the store and they were so apologetic and kind. They immediately made me a new drink, which was delicious. While I have always loved the fresh iced coffee at this location, their customer service was something I had to write a review for!“

“I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!“

This Dunkin’ location in the Homestead Shopping Center is one I keep coming back to—and that says a lot for a place that’s all about routine.

I almost always order ahead on the app and go through the drive-thru, and every time it’s seamless. Orders are accurate, easy to communicate, and ready when I get there. No confusion, no waiting around, no stress.

On the rare occasion I go inside, the store is clean and well-kept, which matters more than people think for a quick stop. I don’t usually order food, but when I have, it’s been fresh and exactly what you’d expect.

What really stands out is the consistency and the people. The staff always come across as friendly and genuinely pleasant—whether they’re just good at their jobs or actually enjoy being there, it shows.

It’s Dunkin’, so you already know the menu. But this location delivers it the way it should be—reliable, efficient, and consistently good.

“I’ve gone there a number of times and I always hope Luke is working when I go there. He always makes me laugh. Even Christmas Day when I went in and saw him closing alone he cracked a joke. Great employee and makes my drink right every time! Give him and raise and never fire him or else!“

“I wouldn’t usually take time to review a Dunkin, but this location deserves recognition. Out of every location I visit in the area, this one is the best. They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasant staff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well.“

“I have enjoyed this DD coffee shop and the people I get to meet. The staff have always been helpful and the place in the morning is always busy but that's a good thing. “I have been coming to this dunkin for over two years now. Overall, the staff is pretty friendly with the exception of a couple experiences I’ve had. I will say that they need to be more careful with handling money/cards. I’ve had at least 3-4 experiences where I get either the wrong change back, no change, or they didn’t give me my card back, making it so I have to go back.“

“I didn't order food, only coffee. They need to get the coffee a little stronger. I get the specialty coffees ☕️ lately they add so much sweetness that you can't taste the coffee unless you get a shot of espresso, which makes a large latte go up to $7.89 that was for one.

“Terrific Sunny patio with picnic tables and umbrellas and a large free parking lot Located right at a major intersection and easy to find. Big clean bathroom, well sanitized and stocked, except that they were out of soap when I came through, but were responsive to refilling it.“

“Everything was great, the girlies were great, need hair nets.. BUT an old crusty man came in and started to be rude and racists to the other workers that were there. He himself ruined the whole atmosphere. Proud of the workers not escalating things. The owner should look in on this and ban that crusty man cause he seems like a danger to be around. I’d feel safer knowing he doesn’t come by here when I get a coffee as well.“
