Always done right. Never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff, excellent manager! The part that keeps me going here is that they strive to do their best!Wheelchair accessibility: They meet state and federal regulations either parking!
I use to come to this dunkin everyday, sometimes twice a day, bit lately the service has been extremely slow. I mean like 25 minutes in the drive thru line slow. And then u wait and wait and wait, to pull up and see employees with their phones out. I'll only go here now if I have the time and it's the only one I'm passing, otherwise, if there's another one I'm passing, that's where I'll go.

I was in the Lumberton area on a very rainy night; and, went into a Dunkin Store because I was completely lost; and needed a cup of Dunkin Coffee and help with directions. I met an outstanding Dunkin employee, (very intelligent young man, extremely well spoken), who took care of all the customers in the drive through; and still patiently gave me perfect directions to get safely back on the road, headed in the right direction in a terrible rain storm.
