God I wish this place would close and we could get a decent business. You need to check orders because they're often wrong, food is warm at best, coffee is weak. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. People aren't even that friendly. There's no excuse to be drive thru only at this point. All around terrible.
Witnessed a patron get verbally abused and cops getting called.
The patron had been going there for many years along with me.
I have put in a customer complaint and have heard nothing from the management.
Only way to hurt them is via the purse.
