Went to the location on Cove and 130 this mornings. Wasn’t bad but they have me a Sweet tea instead of unsweetened.
The service is terrible. The girl at night is very rude and has the biggest attitude! I will not be going to this location again. Dunkin Donuts corporate you need to send your staff for training on customer service!
I came to this dunkin faithfully for an entire year. It was under great management when the older guy was there. Now it’s a bunch of kids and nasty adults who hate their job and do the bare minimum. Their bagels are ALWAYS stale and hard as a rock even when toasted. You have to ask for extra cream cheese to even get a taste of it. Their coffee is constantly old and sour.
