We ordered today for first time and it will be the last. We ordered for pick-up, upon arrival, my order was ready but the cashier Ashley was out for a smoke break and no one else could take my payment so I had to wait for her. When we got home, there was a mess in the bag, the hot sauce spilled all over (I always carry by food with care to prevent spills), the wings were undercooked (see pictures) $17.25 for 10 “fresh” buffalo wings is the most ridiculous price I’ve paid. In total I paid $46.06 for a large order of fries, 10 undercooked wings, 1 buffalo chicken cheesesteak sandwich. BUT MY main concern now is that I hope I don’t get food poisoning, the place is not cleaned. It is filthy, I wonder when was the last time they cleaned under the cooking equipment. The bottles of sauces are so dirty. (How did I have time to see all of this? Well I was waiting on Ashley to come back from her smoke break and by the way I didn’t see her washing her hands before she handed me my bag- she came in thru the front door ) . It is a shame people simply don’t care.

Worse pizza ever .. as soon as they put it in the oven they take it out giving you an undercooked pizza every time you go..they don’t even put Italian seasoning on top of a plain cheese pizza .. I don’t recommend this place at all even when told to make the pizza crispy the guy takes it out uncooked and when u check the pizza and say can u put this back in the oven he says no because the pizza was already cut..

We have always ordered from here. The last couple of times the food was definitely not good. We ordered tonight had to repeat my order three times, even asked to have it repeated back. The food arrived the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way two items we paid for were not in the order. This will be the last time we order from here.

This place used to be the absolute BEST. When we moved to jersey in 2020, we ordered from here almost every night while completing construction inside of our home. Sometime in 2021, something happened where the quality of the food drastically changed- sloppy food, soggy pizza, dry steak sandwiches. After 4 bad experiences, we stopped ordering. Now it’s 2024 and we decide let’s give it a try again. I spent close to $50 on two pizzas and fries (ridiculous) and one pizza (made with the wrong toppings) had multiple pieces of hair on it and the other inedible due to the cheese completely sliding off of the pizza (pizza also not cooked all the way).What a waste of money. This will be the final time I order from this place. I’m mad I gave it another chance.

Never coming to this establishment again! Lady taking the orders not sure of her name was very rude to my boyfriend. My boyfriend walked in to place a to go order. This lady preceded to ask him how he will be paying for the food. He said cash. She then said I need to see the money. And ID. My boyfriend was very confused. She was insinuating that he was not going to pay for the meal.Not sure why she would come to that conclusion other then her being prejudice. Another patron was there and was not asked to present an ID or present his cash. This lady is pathetic and rude and could not clearly explain her reasoning. Im very upset and confused. I just moved down the street and will never return to this establishment. Very pitiful and quite sad.

Order food and they forgot their drink called 12 times and they’re open, but refusing to pick up the phone why order food from a place? If you have an issue they refuse to pick up the phone.
