Used to be the best, but the quality is trash now...The Egg Foo Young looks like they cut back on the egg...very stringy and then it was burned. Over priced $8 for a lunch special with no egg roll, soup or soda option.

LET ME TELL YOU THIS!!!!! HUA CHENG KITCHEN IS THE BEST!!! ABSOLUTE BEST ASIAN FOOD EVER IN SOUTH JERSEY. THE STAFF ARE KIND AND FRIENDLY AND MY SECOND TIME ORDERING FROM THERE THEY REMEMBERED ME. FIRST TIME I WALKED IN AND SECOND TIME I CALLED ON THE PHONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT YOU WILL NOT EAT ANY WHERE ELSE.
