We ordered a huge order dinner tonight for my family through the mobile app then once delivery got here we didn’t even get half our dinner we ordered then the phone number they give you to call about deliveries didn’t even help either then when I tried to call the McDonald’s where it came from the phone kept ringing with no one picking up.

Slow service. Register in front always got you waiting for them just to be served. Half the time you got the food not even 👍 like they used to. Food tastes like trash what happened to it being good like it used to be. Come on McDonald's what happened to the service for good customer service. This place needs to be tuned up or they ain't going to last long. What is with the drink machine not being in the lobby like they use to have it. Like for real now we got to wait to get a refill.

The food is great often times, but the drive-thru is slow often times & the lines at the counter aren't any better, even when using the kiosks because often times, customers using the kiosks end up getting their orders the same time as customers who didn't use the kiosks.

I arrived shortly after lunch hour on a weekday to eat in the dining room. Nobody was stationed at the cash register so I used to kiosk to order my food. The kiosk has no "numbers" to take to the table, and it gives no receipt. Service was very very slow. As I ate my food, more customers arrived and there was no employee at the cash register and everyone was forced to wait a long time just to order. They called into the kitchen to try to get an employee to take their order. Very bad experience at this newly remodeled McD.

I ordered a double quarter pounder without pickles or onions (allergic to them). They even put it on the box of my quarter pounder. However when I opened the box to my surprise there were onions and pickles on it which meant I couldn’t eat it due to the lack of negligence from the staff and making my order correct. Had I bitten into this based off the trust I placed in them when they took my order I would be in the hospital right now. I will be contacting cooperate regarding this matter since the staff there has no regards for individuals orders or food allergies. And on top of it all the fries were cold. So needless to say my experience was one that could have cost me a lot!!!!
