During busy hours and peak days, you shut down the DoorDash system and send drivers away by saying there’s a system error or no system at all. Making people wait 20 minutes on DriverTour and then sending them back is extremely disrespectful. You have absolutely no right to waste people’s time like this. And I honestly feel sorry for the business owner — you’re literally stealing his money
And you did this twice in one week. You’re a group of disrespectful employees causing the business owner and the company hundreds of dollars in losses 28 November 00.05 am
I hope the business owner reviews the order history and realizes how much loss they’ve actually suffered.

Since you know precisely what you're getting before you even place your order, McDonald's is as American as they come, and it's always fantastic. Everyone has probably had McDonald's cuisine at some point in their lives, and they all know exactly what they want to eat from there, Aldo. McDonald's has lasted this long because it's consistently excellent, thus it will continue to exist for many years to come!
The worker had ATTITUDE. She was rude and wouldn’t take the app code at the drive thru when ordering. It was so slow that by the time we finally got to the window (where she said she would take it), the code had expired. That didn’t matter because she wouldn’t allow any order to be modified at the window anyway. So I paid for things I wouldn’t have gotten without the app and didn’t even get the main part of the meal.
