I came in guy has bad attitude
Came to the car while waiting to ask what I order again clearly to make a scheme to reheat pizza the have must of sat. Once we got home to eat pizza the crust was hard as a rock. Sauce dried out.
I called to speak to them guy could barely do custom service and rudely hung
This place need new management works everything it's a shame who ever owns that one think it's ok to leave people with terrible customers service to remain working there or because where it's located it's ok ..
Total unacceptable.

I ordered dinner for my family tonight. One pizza was missing the garlic sauce and pepper and the other pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through

Hey. I would have group all the other 4 and one star comment, because there was only one worker there working, basically everything I'm pretty sure which is wrong with this should be more workers for faster service, the person at the front didn't even acknowledge me, I said my name in my order, and then he didn't even acknowledge my order so I would rate this a 2 star

Good place but the parking place is not convenient

Never go to this place. They take for ever. Only have one person working all the time. It’s unsafe as well. While i was waiting on an order, some guy came in the store and i literally thought he was going to pull out a gun because of him giving them an attitude. He started arguing about his food not being done for over 30 minutes of wait time. They are always backed up.

What I ordered vs what I got. They are cutting items in half and selling
Them as whole and personally I feel like this was a waste of money

Food never got delivered! On the app it said delivered and it never came. When i called they left me on hold for over 15 minutes.

Horrible business

Wow interesting in the franchise name behind the pizza failed to view reviews from this particular location the reviews says it all 2 star service at this location. Saddening to learn I have to check reviews for franchises i usually do that with mom and pop establishments.

Terrible Happened a while back Never got the pizza By the way Took like 4 or 5 Hours I never got the pizza They said No order placed we placed Again IN THE STORE but they Said no order placed had to call Bank Of America Because they took my money and Did not

We were waiting on by Keeta. She took her time and helped out my friend who is verbally impaired. She was very patient, and very compassionate. Shemade sure that my friend received what he desired.Thank you Papa John's for having such a beautiful individual at your store.
