I have been to Colombian restaurants in Philly and NJ as well as Colombia and I've never waited 4o minutes for my food to come out. There were 13 people total in the restaurant with two waitresses. The one we got needs EXTENSIVE training. After putting in our order she stood by and I saw her serve the other tables. We had steak and rice w/beans .... Usually, my husband and I would normally share a platter instead of having leftovers. Let me just say I should have ordered 2 platters lol... Very delicious the flavors were excellent.😊
