Friends recommend to eat this place.. the food was ok not like Vietnam street foods.. we try few dishes to see how the taste was.. pho ga was good and 2 oc dishes(only no ginger fish sauce for 1 of the oc dish) and fried chicken
I love Vina’s house. The food here is so good and authentic. I suggest the weekend special fresh chicken. It was so good and fresh with the homemade fish sauce. The crawfish had a good seasoning with the right amount of spice (spice level is adjustable). So many other dishes I have tried but these are just to name a few. Another thing to mention is their customer service was very attentive and fast.
Our first visit to their place. The crawfishes were all very fresh, but I prefer the seasoning to be more salty instead of sweet. The lemongrass frog legs were not good, mainly because the seasoning they made wasn’t strong enough. I know it’s hard to find fresh flog leds in the US and most restaurants have to use frozen meat, but try to make a good seasoning, also more spicy so people don’t recognize it. Especially for frog legs, if you don’t cook it properly, they smell...
