Customer service isn't good. Took way too long for someone to come to the register. After waiting over 20 minutes. Then I'm told that they don't take any orders after 1130pm, but they are open till 12 am.. so I have to go to Checkers, who is open next door.

Ordered a two person 15-piece special. Had to go in person to order because if you order over the phone, you must pay over the phone. The food was not good. Wings were way overcooked, and the fries were not seasoned at all. If I could get my money back, I would. The food was that bad.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant! It was totally unacceptable treatment of a potential customer. He's returning the wings as I'm typing this. I ordered 20 wings, I wanted 10 Garlic Parmesan, 5 Hawaiian and 5 lemon pepper. He was told you couldn't order 3 different sauces, only 2 different sauces. Online it says you can order 3 different sauces. When he brought them home, I got 10 lemon pepper and 10 Hawaiian wings! I didn't get ANY Garlic Parmesan wings at all! I will never, ever order from them again!

The lady who took my order was messing with a pad or tablet. She didn't tell me to hold on she just continued to look at me. I almost walked out, and after purchasing my food, I should have. The fries were the best As usual, the chicken looked like it wasn't cooked. All I could eat was 2 out of the 8. I will never go back to this wing stop

Cashier was rude because I finally asked how much longer the food was going to take...i waited 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich. There was one guy who was on his cell while in the kitchen cooking. Staff have no gloves on. And after the wait- even more disappointing was the dry chicken and bread. I recommend less dancing to the music and more working. First and last time here.

Took almost an hour to get food today. I walked in to order and no one was working the register. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out and finally gave up and placed my order online with my phone from inside the restaurant. Took almost another 40 mins to get my order after that. The food was good but the service will probably keep me from coming back here.
