Delivery took a bit but everything was super fresh and hot! I got the chicken Marsala, and I thought it was fantastic given it was from a pizza shop. It could have just used a little more sauce! Got the melanzane parmigiana with pasta, a meatball parmigiana sub and a side of garlic knots delivered. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Sauce was good. Not bland but not overpowering. The mozzarella had a good pull and flavor. Garlic knots were excellent. Nice crispy crust and soft on the inside. Came with a side of red sauce. Complimented it. Great pizza, both regular and gluten free. My relative is celiac, and we felt safe there. Silvana’s used a disposable tray and a separately-wrapped disposable pizza cutter. They also had GF gnocchi and ravioli on the menu.
