I was told about special and senior discount. But have to wait over 20 minutes for my food

My husband just ordered a drive thru 8 piece extra crispy...well there is NO CRISPY. I am fighting to not give this food to my dogs. Presentation is horrible and chicken is SOGGY AND POTATOE WEDGES ARE UNDER COOKED HARD AND COLD BISCUITS ARE ROCK HARD AND BURNT!! WHY WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!

Pretty bad value for your dollar and portion sizes on sides are very small, that's even chicken items smaller, lesser portions now and some foods they make sits around and that fried chicken gets a hard texture as it cools down. It needs to be hot or warm enough to satisfy, a no-brainer in food service.

THEY need to make fresh products when I ordered an online purchase, to pickup. time was scheduled 15 minutes ahead, I arrive 5 mins early for them to not have it not ready....read full review
