Not sure why there are some bad reviews but I come here almost daily and never had a problem. Fast service and although they can seem a bit slow when it's busy, that's simply because....you know. It's busy. They're no slower than any other Dunkin I've been to at peak hours
The staff are very friendly and kind and they know their regular really well.

However, a recent incident of a manager being rude to an employee left a negative impression on one customer. Overall, Dunkin' provides accurate orders and a welcoming environment, but some customers may have mixed experiences based on service.
