When I was there two cash registers were open and both were having personal conversations with friends after they had been served. I waited patiently as the furthest cast register from me that rid of her customer and finally called for me to come over. Then that cashier started striking up a conversation with the woman standing at the first cash register who is waiting for the cashier to bring her her sandwich. Wow!! 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. Who runs this place? Avoid if you don't have 30 minutes BEFORE you even get a cup.
