A happy manager and happy people make better drinks. It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!
LOVE THE BARISTAS!!! But the new manager stinks. They baristas are always so nice and friendly, we absolutely love having them be a part of our day. This new manager is a David downer.

Female employee was great. Took her time to make a sample hot beverage to make sure I would like the drink. Ordered the drink and was great. Nice store with lots of easy parking. I will return.
