I love Carvel and my favorite flavor is Nutella. Today, I went and bought a small cup as I starting eating it I noticed something off about the flavor, No Nutella in the ice cream and they replaced it with waffle cone pieces. The pieces are soggy I had to spit them out, they tasted awful. Threw out the ice cream I paid over $7.00 for. They are swapping out the chunks of Nutella for cheap pieces of cone. Bring back the old recipe, or I am done with Carvel.

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had! The key point is, there’s always a line every time I come! Their business is really great 👍 One taste and I fell in love with it 😍

I love this place, the variety of flavors, the staff is so friendly and the prices are just right. I highly recommend this place if you love ice cream, shakes, or ice cream cakes this is the place to get them. AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++
