Store has no rest room service. They said out of order. Actually this shopping center all stores has no bath room for customers. Very pain full for seniors. Hope Mayer will take action.

The manager is disrespectful the employees are rude . One morning I asked for an avocado bacon sandwich she gave me an avocado toast because it was cheaper and when I said this wasn’t the right order she had an attitude and told me this is cheaper like she was paying for it they never have nothing and the manager rude and his wife is ruder I know multiple employees who quit because of management. They say bathroom is out of service/employees only which I’m sure is not what the corporation wants and they never have anything saying coconut milk is discontinued while being owned by a another person they still have to abide by corporation standards if a item is discontinued there it would be discontinued everywhere . Daniel needs to be fired and so does her husband. They will lie to corporate and say they resolved the issue and havnt thank god for recordings cause I called 5 times and each time corporate said the manager said it was resolved which it wasn’t and they think I don’t have pictures I’m assuming here’s the one with the roach also have more of the attitude and issues .

If you want to drink a good coffee don't come to this DK. I have order multiple times a medium coffee and what I get is a medium cup of cream. That's right you read that right, no coffee straight up cream. When I complain they say nothing and gave me the same thing again the last time I was there. No care and no customer service.

A little bit of advise in customer service. I buy coffee here week after week. If I didn’t like my coffee to taste you don’t advise me you can’t re do it, unless I buy another one. You try your best to make the customer happy so the customer continues to come back. I wasn’t even rude about. The cashier said “I’m sorry, I would if I could”. That’s why you look for the person that can make those decisions. And the funny thing I was about to pay for it again. But I felt so not appreciated that I didn’t. I spend approx 1000 this year in coffee at this dunkin and seriously. Very disappointed. Hope you guys improve this.
This place is great. The worker got all the hot drinks out SO FAST! It was freezing today, so lots of walk-ins and mobile orders and she got them out QUICKLY and kept people going.

The staff is really nice. The nice thing about Dunkin is the coffee is pretty much the same at all of them so it's the freshness and the staff that make the difference. I didn't have anything to eat, but the coffee was great and the staff was very nice. I happened to have a pocket filled with change and asked the clerk if she wanted it and she was glad to get it. I was a lot lighter when I left!
