I have placed several orders. I ordered coffee was not what I ordered. I have ordered coffee roll and got a corn muffin. I also ordered an apple fritter and got a apple donuts. I am not happy with the service.
The three of them are a great team when it comes to serving a client. They were fast and efficient. Daniela was very kind to take my order and showed empathy about how my day was going, we talked about the weather and suggested a hot coffee which I accompanied with a lightly toasted bagel. The staff is really nice. The nice thing about Dunkin is the coffee is pretty much the same at all of them so it's the freshness and the staff that make the difference. I didn't have anything to eat, but the coffee was great and the staff was very nice. I happened to have a pocket filled with change and asked the clerk if she wanted it and she was glad to get it. I was a lot lighter when I left!
