Some days they make your drink good. Some days it’s lackluster or they run off out of ingredients so it’s a major inconvenience for me. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK INSIDE YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Once I found a fly inside my drink (they remade it thankfully) then today I found a crusty yellow looking object in my matcha! I always think twice about coming here.

The staff is really nice. The nice thing about Dunkin is the coffee is pretty much the same at all of them so it's the freshness and the staff that make the difference. I didn't have anything to eat, but the coffee was great and the staff was very nice. I happened to have a pocket filled with change and asked the clerk if she wanted it and she was glad to get it. I was a lot lighter when I left!

The three of them are a great team when it comes to serving a client. They were fast and efficient. Daniela was very kind to take my order and showed empathy about how my day was going, we talked about the weather and suggested a hot coffee which I accompanied with a lightly toasted bagel. Gloria and Jordan helped each other and were quick to prepare my order. Gloria made me a super delicious caramel coffee. Jordan knows how to handle each client and their personality, he is attentive...
