The worst experience in the world I currently work across the street and I could not go pick up the food because of the Work volume. It's OK they took an hour to deliver average. But to receive the food and the food is completely cold from across the street to me. The fries were so hard and cold that I could throw it and break a window for the lady to tell me that that was the delivery guy's fault was crazy when all she had to do was not give that water to deliver in the first place because of the time that it was waiting there went back they kind of made it right. They gave me my food. Didn't want to give me my delivery money but after arguing give me a cancel. I just took it. Do not order takeout unless you're going to pick it up.

Please, the tax they charge should be 6 to 7%. But they are charging like 14%. It is not okay and could be reported.

"I rarely give bad reviews, but my recent experience was disappointing. The prices felt unfair.

Order Summary:

- 2x Birria Tacos ($12.99 each) = $25.98
- 2x Drinks ($2.75, $3.00) = $5.75
- Subtotal: $31.73
- Container Fee: $8 ($4 each tacos containers, $2 for each sauce containers) and taxes
- Total: $44.95

Despite adding a $3 tip (out of consideration for the staff), the high prices and subpar food quality left a negative impression. Unfortunately, the birria tacos lacked flavor, and the goat meat was undetectable.

I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

Asked for Carnita tacos horribly dry like dry old meat dryer than jerky meat had no flavor first and last time I order there and much more expensive than others with better quality. Sad.
