This McDonald's location is known for its somewhat fresh food but inconsistent service. Customers have experienced long wait times, employees ignoring them, and incorrect orders. The convenient location off I-78 is a plus, but some have been disappointed by the lack of available menu items like Sprite. The temperature of the food can be hit or miss, with coffee being either scalding hot or lukewarm. Despite a clean appearance, the restaurant may not be as clean as it seems. Many customers prefer the drive-through, where they usually receive hot and fresh food with melted cheese, and quick service. The food quality remains consistent across locations, with options like the sausage McMuffin, hash browns, and coffee, which are often prepared to individual preferences. The restaurant features a soda dispenser on the restaurant floor, offering drinks like Coke or iced coffee, making it a convenient stop for quick bites and beverages.
