The entire team at Crystal Plaza was a dream to work with. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day.

The food was phenomenal — even the “basic” offerings are first class and provide everything you could possibly want. Guests raved about the quality, variety, and presentation, and we felt like we were treated to a true fine-dining experience.
Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible.

The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.

“What did it take for our small wedding reception to be completely worry-free? Drew and The Fruited Plain Caterers! Having an outdoor wedding reception on October 19 on our back deck could have been "hit or miss" because of the uncertainty of the weather. But Drew connected us with the right rental company and the heated tent was AMAZING! With 25% of our guests being vegetarians we needed a caterer who could deliver deliciousness to all our guests. Drew totally hit it! We opted for a family style luncheon and got raving reviews on the quality of the food. From the first contact email 12 months ago, to the last dish put away on wedding day, we felt we were in great hands with a consummate professional. Drew was flexible enough to accommodate some of our special requests, and because we were dealing with the company owner, decision-making was straight forward. His servers were professional, efficient and friendly. My kitchen was probably cleaner after they left than it was before they arrived! And if all that wasn't enough, honesty and integrity were also a key aspect of our working with Drew. He caught a staffing level mistake on our final invoice and personally delivered a refund check for the amount we had overpaid. Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. I can’t say enough about the sublime food, the professional staff (shoutout to Ali for all the help in planning and to Josh for his amazing managerial skills at the party)! The rest of the staff was equally professional and wonderful! Josh made sure to check in with me throughout the event and they were set up and ready to go on time! The food displays and fresh flowers elevated the atmosphere and was a perfect foil to my white party theme! The fresh raw bar, cheese display and the slider selections were phenomenal! The desserts were exceptional! They even provided a delicious gluten free dessert for those guests with gluten sensitivity. Everyone had a wonderful time!
