“I've always had a great experience here. The gentleman behind the counter always jokes around with my toddler and puts a smile on her face. Today on National Donut Day they were especially swamped. The two men working never lost their cool and and did their best to fill each order as quickly as they could. It's nice to have a local business that you know when you go into, you will get good service and with a smile.“

“Got here late but better late than never. 4 donuts left. I bought 3 maple bacon. . Crispy bacon on a maple frosted old fashioned donut was delicious. Sometimes a maple bacon can be greasy but these donuts were not. Perfection. I will definitely come back to try more of their donuts. Parking out front on street. Open until 2PM on weekend. Get here early or pre-0rder. Really nice owner. Please patronize this donut shop.“

“I stopped in here for coffee and just had to try a beignet. They smelled amazing, and the one I got was hot, soft, and not overly sweet, despite the glaze. Good stuff! The shop itself has a good amount of seating, and the employee was nice. I'd try more beignets if I wasn't trying to lose weight, LOL.“

“What a fantastic place to go to. Very welcoming atmosphere and treat you like family. I’ve had the hex here and it is delicious. I don’t drink coffee much but they have a lot of other options that are all very good. I’ve heard the coffee is very good too. They have a great selection of yummy pastries as well. “If you've never tried a mochimoly, try one. I don't think I'll eat another donut after eating one of these. It's a cross between a traditional donut and a rice cake but better. Its first a crunch than light like rice. They come in different flavors. The flavoring is in the icing. I got mango and caramel. The Carmel was excellent. The mango was good but not my favorite. The woman in the store was very polite. They also have mochi ice cream and Korean hotdogs. I didn't try either. I will be back and suggest you try it too. They have two other locations. The place was very clean.“

The donuts have a heavier texture than the usual yeast donut (but it’s not a cake donut either), and there are special flavor sourdough donuts (like the horchata sourdough donut pictured with the yum bun and strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut).The donut frosting is always wet, no matter the time of day or what type of frosting. It always pools on the bottom of the box or in the hand. That’s not necessarily a problem, but it’s a note in case you care about that.Breakfast sandwiches: they’re there if you want something savory,Beverages: they’re a decent accompaniment to whatever you’re eating. They don’t have espresso as of the writing of this review, so no dirty chais or lattes. “Outstanding, fully renovated. Immaculate and spotless, I stopped in at 4am and was greeted cheerfully. My coffee was delicious (hot butter pecan) and a pumpkin muffin. Squishy, fresh with abundant flavor. It's not a joy driving all over at 4am but stopping here was fabulous.“

“Always satisfying. Every time I'm in West Caldwell I hit this place up. The maple bacon is to die for. Maple cream is best I have ever had. Tried apple crumb and apple cider which were both solid. The service is always good. My only complaint was my ice coffee cup had a hole in it so it dripped all over. The girls working here were very friendly and you should tip them. Check it out you won't be sad that you did.“

“I love this Dunkin Donuts! We had my Dad's memorial and this weekend and were going to purchase a box of Joe since we didn't have a coffee urn to serve it. The manager Mo loaned me 2 urns free of charge and couldn't have been nicer. They have a customer for life.“

“Decided to give this place a second chance. How funny that there is a huge sign on the door saying that they want their customers to be highly satisfied. “My grandmother is extremely racist. She is 94 and goes on unprovoked Obama rants daily using all sorts of derogatory terms. Politics aside, he hasn't been president for like 6 years. I take her out for coffee on Wednesday mornings and we went to this Dunkin. While ordering, my grandmother want on a racist tirade just as she was handed her powdered munchkins. The girl at the counter was surprised but kept her cool. She explained to my grandmother that it doesn't matter what features a person was born with- but instead, what's inside their hearts. This really sunk in for my grandmother. She is totally changed. We got our iced coffees light and sweet, just how we like them. Since this visit, my grandmother tells me how much she loves everyone of every race. She asks me when new Kevin Hart movies are coming out and wants to travel the world to see all different types of people. She wants to book a trip to Sri Lanka but I told her I can't afford it, ha! Anyway, thanks Dunkin for making my grandmother not racist anymore.“

“We saw last weeks Superbowl DunKings commercial and this was our 1st Dunkin’ stop since then. The ad definitely gets your attention with JLo and Ben Affleck’s boy band of Tom Brady, Jack Harlow, Fat Joe & Matt Damon! “I just realized that I had never written a review for this place, and my photo was featured (until it got trumped by someone else's photo later the same day, lol).... So here we go.... My coworker was telling me about how amazing Dunkin's frozen coffee is, so I was elated to come here with some coworkers while on a business trip so I could try one out. So of course I got the largest size, and yup, it's sweet and delicious! But also a gazillion calories, so definitely only an occasional treat--not to replace my daily coffee. Haha.“
