OLIVO MEDITERRANEAN FARE offers excellent food and service. Guests have had amazing experiences from start to finish, with everything absolutely perfect. The food is incredible and delicious, including the calamari, chorizo, and charcuterie for appetizers, followed by the shrimp and lobster Alfredo and the North Atlantic salmon for entrees. The flan for dessert is the perfect way to end the meal. The paella didn’t have the classic crust but the flavor was there and well seasoned. The steak spread was incredible. The staff is kind, attentive, and welcoming, always making sure guests are taken care of and enjoying their time. Servers are professional, friendly, and attentive, making guests feel welcome and providing wonderful service. The atmosphere is great. Everything from the food to the service is 5 stars. Guests have a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
