We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Paulina! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us at the perfect times, and made us feel welcomed throughout our meal. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes all the difference. Thank you, Paulina, for making our visit so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!
The air conditioner was broken, to hot to sit and eat.
I had such a fun time with my family!! Yves was the manager and made our dinner last night truly perfect!!! If you want a nice family dinner go to Applebees cause you will not be disappointed
