The food was good. Order completed, nothing missing. Some of the bread was a tad burnt, but we did get extra hot chocolate when they thought we were missing it. Thank you.

I do think they could’ve announced a little more clearly that our order was ready though— especially since we (my mom and I) were the only ones there.

The manager was yelling at the employees over open sugar. He needs to tone it down. Yelling at employees in front of customers to very unprofessional there was no need for him to yell at them. The staff is always pleasant smiling and happy.

This location of dunkin has been a delight to shop at, the crew is very nice to work with and are nice to converse with. The place was very clean and neat when I went, very busy but the food is always fresh especially the coffee. They are helpful with the rewards on the dunkin app and are willing to help you. I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants!
