Good service tasty food and well managed. The chicken was not greasy at all. But they only gave us 2 small napkins for a 10 piece dinner.

If you want to wait 15 minutes for four pieces of shrimp you can come here! Ask me to pull around to help their drive-thru times, only to sit out in the parking lot with no one in sight. After 10 min I went inside to see my food just sitting there on the counter. What is the point of a mobile order?

I’ve been a long-time customer of this Popeyes location in Piscataway, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

I received undercooked/raw chicken after waiting about 20 minutes for my order. This is a serious food safety issue that should not happen.

To make matters worse, the same employee (Steve) who took my order was also the one who answered the phone when I called to report the issue. During that call, I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally. I was told I had an “ultimatum” to either bring the food back for a refund or eat it as is. When I asked for a corporate number to escalate the issue, I was told there was no one else to speak to.

During the end of the call, the employee also spoke in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. I recorded the conversation for documentation.

This experience was not only unacceptable in terms of customer service, but also concerning from a food safety standpoint. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Fish sandwich was excellent for a fast food restaurant. Choice of codfish or floinder.

Eh....it's Popeyes BUUUUT thier chicken is better than KFC and Bojangles and dare I say...Chick-fil-A in my opinion. Go argue wit' yo mama!
