Very rude behavior by the service staff. One lady staff took my order by I did not get my even after waiting 15 minutes and I saw everyone after me got their orders and there was no one waiting for any orders. So I asked them I did not get my order. The lady who took my order shouted that we are working on my order do you want your money refunded instead. I was just checking if they missed my order which clearly the case. There was another male staff member who was good and he asked what is my order and he started preparing it and gave it to me. Such rude and disappointing behavior cannot be tolerated.

Worst experience ever gone to different Starbucks and work at Starbucks before and this is the worst Starbucks by far and when I went here couple years ago it wasn’t like this very disrespectful and don’t know how to do drinks or don’t clean and make sure there food is up to standards because they gave me a coffee that taste like like milk when I ask her if she can remake it because it don’t taste like it usually does she tried to make me sound like i didn’t know what I was ordering when I have order the same drink this week 3 times second time she give it to me it taste like water

As a regular customer who usually comes here to work as my go to spot, I was surprised. I simply asked for a cup of ice to fill my water when I came in , but the one of the staff rudely insisted that I had to make a purchase first.This gave me a bitter taste on who ever runs this location. Never had I had anyone refuse for small cup of Ice especially if i was going sit here for couple hours.

The hours reported on Google Maps were incorrect. Drove all the way based on the 10pm closing time, instead of going to a closer store, but discovered that the store closes at 9pm, like all the other branches in the area.

Also, the location on Google Maps is incorrect.

I filed an update on both, but it’s the store management job. Not sure if the hours for the rest of the week and the morning are correct either.

The plus is that my coffee was prepared quickly and without issues despite impending end of shift.

I went inside to order And I asked them to put it in a bag they had an attitude they said it’s only 2 drinks you really need a bag?? I have an arm injury so it was too much for me to carry. When I got the the car the drinks where spilled all over the place it’s like they literally threw everything in the and I’m sure that they didn’t even put the lids on. I went back inside and asked them to re make it and they said they couldn’t because they said I dropped it. I’m so upset I spent 20$ on drinks and food for it to be spilled everywhere

Nicole, the store manager is super!
I am not one to complain but my original order was not made correctly. I came forth with humble request to amend however Nicole went beyond to accommodate me. I wholeheartedly appreciate her!

I visited on July 15 drive thru service was awful. I never experienced bad customer service with any starbucks location until this one. The drive thru person was rude will not be coming back.

I came from a 15 hr long road trip, that I slept in a bus. I got into the coffee shop and sat down for like 15 minutes then this worker comes up to me and my friend and tells us that if we don’t order something in 10 minutes we will be kicked out. That is so very rude! We were just trying to regain ourselves from the long drive, and the first thing we hear is that we will be kicked out. This coffee shop has absolutely no customer service. I work at a coffee shop myself and this type of service is not something that I give to people. I’m sure that my quiet presence in the lobby would have bothered him sooooo much from working. And genuinely I was planning on buying myself breakfast from here too, and I did, but it was disgusting because their poor customer service ruined the mood. They also take ONLY cash… I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my whole experience.
