order was fine. laura helped me out and she was great. however.... i was told that you guys cannot accept cash tips??? that's so stupid and i wish management would care about their employees more. will not be returning to a location that does not support their employees.
I have no clue what happened to this Starbucks in the past year. I went in the other day to order a drink, and two employees were conversing. One saw me and turned back to her conversation. Two seconds later, she takes my order. There were about seven Starbucks employees total and around three people waiting for their drinks, including me. I saw about four employees just standing around, talking, and doing nothing. So what should have been a two-minute wait for my coffee (like...
Clean and good atmosphere. But 50 cents charge for water was shocking and inconsiderate. No other starbucks does this. Dropping this practice would definitely improve customer experience, business reputation and earn back my repeating visits :)
