I recently used The Food Architects to cater my birthday party at a pickleball club. Sam was easy to work with and created a menu of appetizers that were delicious and diverse. People raved about the food. Savoury and perfectly seasoned, the textures were great, the appearance was beautiful and the portion sizes were spot on. I highly recommend using Sam & Anthony at The Food Architects.
The food was not to my liking. Had potato salad and the potatoes were still very hard. Had a chicken sandwich grilled and was pretty tasteless. Had their signature chips as a side and they were greasy. $20 later threw most of it away.

Whoever is running this joint knows what they’re doing! Today I had the chicken mozzarella sandwich and last week the special short-rib panini. Both were super flavorful and hefty portions. You can tell this establishment takes pride in their product. I’ll never understand the quickchek/wawa/subway folks…just spend the couple extra bucks and get actual food made with quality ingredients and attention to detail. Looking forward to visiting for a dine-in experience very soon!

This place is so incredible! All of the food is so fresh and full of flavor! You can tell everything is made to order with quality ingredients and love! Everything we have tried so far has been so tasty, especially the chicken bruschetta and eggplant provolone! Definitely highly recommended!

I have been enjoying their food for over 10 years and they are one of the most underrated restaurants around.
This was by far the best Stromboli that I have ever had in my life.
I got a pepperoni Stromboli with extra pepperoni and mushrooms and onions.
This pizza box diagonally is 16 inches and the Stromboli was about 14 inches long and about as thick as a forearm.
With the extra toppings it was just over $15 and could easily feed two people.
Somehow, I managed to eat the whole thing in one sitting and my belly is now bigger. ?
Next time I am in this area I will definitely be getting another one.

Did not realize this place was a restaurant. But I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The wraps and salads that I have tried are great. Quickly becoming my go to spot for lunch.

Stopped here for lunch to give a new place a shot and it was good. I wanted something quick so chose a sausage pepper onion roll and a grandma slice. The roll was great, flavorful, and the slice was good and garlicky. Grabbed a brownie too and it was ok but not super fresh. Don't expect great prices though, the food pictured here was $19.43.

I thought this would be tasty but it was not. Very plain and just blah. Has no flavor at all , the portobello mushrooms are obviously canned - the texture was not firm and did not have a robust flavor like it should if fresh. The pesto mayo was barely there and very watery and runny like a dressing. Also, the ranch chips are excessively salty it is an instant dehydrate .

This place is great- lots of options, lots of flavor. I had the house-made mango lemonade, potato salad and chicken mozzarella sandwich and they were all better than I expected. 10/10, will definitely be back.

Pass by all the time and figured let's try it. Their $5 empanada is probably the most expensive, ever! And though it's pretty filled it's still way too much money for how small it is. Taste was a 2.5/5 and smelled stale. I also ordered a sandwich and it was the smallest sandwich for $13 I have ever had. The taste was decent, I'd give it 3.5/5, but the amount of food for the money was a major disappointment - felt ripped off sort of.PS: GrubHub was 30% more than toast tab so place your order via the website.
So far i have tried a pepperoni Stromboli and i added peppers and onions it was good… So I came back the next day, and got beef empanadas and a south western turkey club sandwich it was very good. The establishment is very clean ill be looking forward to trying more items on the menu and hoping to see new items on the menu as well considering it is a catering company with lots of potential.
