Great cupcakes and cookies, but the switch to online-only ordering to become "no waste" hasn't been my favorite. I like the concept, but for me I usually decide in the moment when I want a sweet treat unless it's a custom order, especially when I'm visiting Pitman.It also feels like they're hardly ever open when they close for custom orders what feels like every other week.
